  • Description of Role

  • An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client’s wonderful support teams in helping to provide care and support to our clients based in the Oxfordshire region.

This role is ideal for anybody who has previous experience in or have always been drawn to a vocational role focusing on the rehabilitation and long-term wellbeing of those you work with. This role is also a good fit for local students who are interested in disciplines such as physiotherapy, psychology, nursing and midwifery, among others. We can provide flexible hours to fit around studies and placements and have a welcoming and likeminded team already in place.

A love of sports, surfing, rowing, skiing, arts and crafts, comedy and learning would all be appreciated. Our teams collaborate for the benefit of the clients, and this helps to provide a wide variety of experience. No two days are the same!

A love of rock music, pottery, sports, surfing, rowing, skiing, arts and crafts, comedy and fashion would all be appreciated. This is a hugely supportive environment with a well-established, welcoming support team already in place, therefore can be an ideal role for candidates who have a genuine, caring nature and are looking for a career change into the care and support field.

It can genuinely life-changing to support someone with an acquired brain injury overcome the challenges in their day-to-day life to enable them to pursue their own hobbies and interests!

Working hours: Full-time, shifts are 7am-4pm, 3:45pm-9pm and overnight.

Rates of pay: £15.00 per hour weekday, £17.00 per hour weekend. £90.00 per night weeknights and £105.00 per night weekend nights.

There are no essential requirements to apply, however a driver would be preferable and we are seeking someone self aware and reflective with an open mind and a willingness to learn.

All posts are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure with Adult and Child Workforce Barring. Full training will be provided.

If you require any further information, please contact the recruitment team on 01608 682522 or [email protected]

  • About Us

  • Community Case Management is a case management company. Case Management supports people who have experienced serious, life-changing injuries so they can live as independently and fully as possible.

At CCM we don't just provide care - we coordinate everything that our client might need to rebuild their life. This includes:

    • Health and rehabilitation
    • Emotional wellbeing
    • Education and work goals
    • Daily living support
    • Therapies and equipment
CCM is not a care agency. We guide and manage the care and support teams who are employed directly by the client (via a solicitor or Court of Protection Deputy). Support workers work with one client, based on the client's specific needs.

CCM provide direction, supervision and training to support workers so they feel confident and capable in their role.
