Case management is a collaborative process that involves assessing, planning, coordinating, and monitoring services to meet the individual needs of clients - often those with complex health, rehabilitation, or care requirements.
In our context, case managers work closely with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and service providers to ensure that each client receives the right support at the right time. This can include coordinating medical treatment, care packages, therapy, equipment, housing adaptations, and more - always with the goal of promoting independence, improving quality of life, and achieving the best possible outcomes for the client.
In almost all cases, CCM act on behalf of the employer, which is often a deputy or deputyship firm appointed to act in the best interests of a client. CCM do not directly employ support staff, however our expert team are appointed to manage all aspects of the employment process from Recruitment to ongoing Employment Support.
Unfortunately no, CCM does not provide any Visa sponsorship at this time.
Some of our roles require certain qualifications or experience due to the complexity of the support required, and these will be listed in the advertisement and job description for each role. However in many cases, we do not seek any specific expertise and the right attitude and mindset is most important!
