Experienced Support workers required for a 12-year-old girl who has an acquired brain injury living in the Rochdale area.
About the role:
Are you a caring, motivated individual with a passion for helping others reach their full potential? This exciting opportunity invites you to join a dedicated multi-disciplinary team (MDT) supporting a young girl in her neuro rehabilitation journey. As a Rehabilitation Assistant/Support Worker, you’ll play a key hands-on role in implementing tailored therapy programmes designed by physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and speech and language specialists. From assisting with physiotherapy and hydrotherapy to supporting communication and community participation, every day will bring new challenges and rewarding progress.
This role offers far more than routine care, it’s a chance to make a genuine, lasting impact. You’ll help nurture independence, confidence, and joy through one-to-one or two-to-one support both at home and in the community. In return, you’ll receive full training (including PEG feeding, suctioning, and hoist use), the support of an experienced MDT, and the opportunity to grow within the role, with the potential to progress into senior or team leader positions in the future. If you’re compassionate, reliable, and eager to be part of a collaborative team making a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.
