    Community Case Management | Near Shipston-on-Stour, Warwickshire
    £40,000 per year | Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri) | Office-based

    About us:
    Community Case Management (CCM) is a specialist case management company supporting people who have experienced serious, life-changing injuries. We coordinate everything our clients need, from health and rehabilitation to daily living, therapies, and emotional wellbeing, so they can live as independently and fully as possible.

    We're a close-knit, purpose-driven team based in a beautiful part of Warwickshire, just outside Shipston-on-Stour.

    The role:
    We're looking for an experienced and people-centred Operations Support & Head Office Manager to help keep our Head Office running smoothly and our team performing at its best.

    This isn't a from-scratch role. You'll be joining an established, capable team who already carry out many operational and administrative functions. Your job is to bring additional structure, coordination, and leadership that helps everyone work better together.

    You'll work closely with our Directors and be a central point of contact for the wider team, supporting everything from day-to-day office operations to recruitment, staff development, compliance, and communications.

    What you'll be doing:
    • Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of Head Office
    • Supporting and coordinating the existing admin and operations team
    • Leading recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new staff
    • Conducting one-to-ones, appraisals, and identifying training needs
    • Supporting Case Manager onboarding and compliance processes
    • Coordinating learning and development programmes
    • Assisting with internal and external communications and marketing
    • Ensuring compliance with data protection, CQC requirements, and HR documentation
    • Contributing to service improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
    • Providing direct support to Directors and Operational Leads

    What we're looking for:
    • Proven experience in an operations, office management, or similar leadership role
    • Confident leading and supporting a team, with a collaborative, people-first approach
    • Experience in recruitment and staff onboarding
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
    • Excellent communicator, clear, professional, and approachable
    • Comfortable working with compliance, HR documentation, and data protection requirements
    • Proactive problem-solver with a positive, solutions-focused mindset
    • Experience in a healthcare, social care, or professional services environment is an advantage but not essential

    CCM is actively positioning itself at the forefront of integrated, effective technologies within case management. As such, we will give priority consideration to candidates who demonstrate strong technological competence and a proactive approach to digital tools and systems.

    Candidates who can demonstrate high competence in any of the following areas will be at a significant advantage:

    • Case management or practice management software platforms
    • Digital workflow automation and process optimisation tools
    • Data management, reporting systems, and dashboards
    • CRM, HRIS, or integrated business management systems
    • Cloud-based document and collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft 365, SharePoint)
    • AI-assisted tools and a genuine interest in emerging healthcare/case management technologies

    What we offer:

    £40,000 starting salary
    37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
