  •  Location: Flexible / Hybrid Working
    Salary: £80,000 per annum
    Hours: Full-Time

As a Regional Operational Lead, you will provide leadership, professional oversight and support to case managers across a designated region, ensuring that CCM's vision, values and standards are consistently embedded into practice. Working closely with case managers, Preceptors and Advanced Practitioners, you will promote excellence in case management, support the adoption of innovative ways of working, and contribute to the ongoing development of CCM systems, processes and services. You will also act as an ambassador for CCM, building relationships with key stakeholders and supporting business development activities within your region.

This includes identifying opportunities for service improvement, supporting quality initiatives, maintaining professional standards and providing operational support during periods of absence or increased demand. The role offers an opportunity to influence organisational practice, strengthen service quality, and contribute to the continued growth and success of one of the UK's most respected case management providers.

    •  Significant experience within case management, health, social care, rehabilitation, or a related field.
    • An Advanced BABICM Practitioner with a strong understanding of BABICM and IRCM standards and competencies.
    • Experience supervising, preceptoring, coaching, or developing professionals.
    • Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • A commitment to continuous improvement and quality assurance.
    • The ability to work collaboratively across teams and regions.
    • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
